Japanese cooking classes

Professional training for sushi chef & chef for Japanese cuisine

Sushi & Japanese food catering (on-site or delivery) Our on-site sushi catering service is very popular for the corporate or home party. Sushi will be made and served very fresh at your site.

Recruitment / outsourcing including introduction of chefs through our network or recruiting chefs on behalf of clients. We also outsource chefs on contract basis.

Retails (Japanese knives, sushi robots)
